Payment Policy

At Beauty My Box, we offer convenient and secure payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our payment policies carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Payment options: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You can also choose to pay securely through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, simply log in and complete your transaction. All types of UPI payments are accepted.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on delivery is available on minimum purchase amount of Rs 1000/-.

Return Policy

Returns are acceptable if any wrong and damaged product is received in the parcel. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
